Return Policy
All purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Phrootz, Inc, simply ship back the unused merchandise for a full refund minus the shipping.
Please specify if you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE. All merchandise MUST BE returned in the original condition and include any documentation and invoice for a full refund. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 30 days.
Once the return is received, Phrootz, Inc. will send replacement item(s) OR credit your full product price within (15) business days. Original shipping charges are your responsibility and will NOT be refunded in case of a return. If merchandise needs to be returned due to an incorrect item being shipped by Phrootz, Inc, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without shipping charges assessed.
Please ensure that you package your return so it arrives to us in NEW condition. We will not be responsible for any merchandise damaged due to poor packaging on the customers end. We highly recommend insuring your return package. If you choose not to insure the package, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
