Our site uses a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. All web communication, including personal information and credit card numbers, sent between the user web browser and the web server is SSL encrypted.
All credit cards are processed through Authorize.net, which uses secure, end-to-end encryption for all payment processing.
Ordering
When you find a card or cards that you want to buy, click on the “Add to Cart” button below the card. The shopping cart screen will appear showing that you want one (1) of that item. You may change the quantity desired at any time by highlighting the number inside the quantity box. Click on “Update Cart” to recalculate your total. Next, you can calculate your shipping charges by entering in USPS Ground or UPS Expedited Shipping and clicking on “Update Cart.” At this point, you can now choose to either click on the “Return to Shopping” button or one of the Checkout buttons. You may also view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link at the top of the page.
If you return to shopping and want another card or cards, simply click on the correct card and add it to your shopping cart. This will now appear in your cart as a new item, and you may update your quantity desired at this time.
Online Payments
Phrootz, Inc. accepts payment online via secure Credit Card transaction. The following credit cards will be accepted: Discover, Visa and MasterCard. The name “Phrootz” will appear on your credit card and bank statements.
Shipping
Because of the extra care Phrootz, Inc. takes to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, everything is shipped via Standard Shipping through the USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for U.S. Mail. A Business Day is Monday-Friday. For Expedited Shipping, choose UPS 2nd Day.
All orders over $250.00 will receive FREE ground shipping.
Phrootz, Inc. ships to all 50 States. Shipping may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship Internationally or to PO Boxes.
Please verify your address before submitting your order. If for any reason your package is returned to Phrootz, Inc., we will make every effort to contact you and verify your address for re-ship. If we cannot obtain verification within (5) days, your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Rates
Once you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, select the shipping service, Standard or Expedited and click “update cart.” Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically for you. Applicable sales tax will be applied for Indiana residents only.

Privacy

Return Policy
All purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Phrootz, Inc, simply ship back the unused merchandise for a full refund minus the shipping.
Please specify if you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE. All merchandise MUST BE returned in the original condition and include any documentation and invoice for a full refund. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 30 days.
Once the return is received, Phrootz, Inc. will send replacement item(s) OR credit your full product price within (15) business days. Original shipping charges are your responsibility and will NOT be refunded in case of a return. If merchandise needs to be returned due to an incorrect item being shipped by Phrootz, Inc, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without shipping charges assessed.
Please ensure that you package your return so it arrives to us in NEW condition. We will not be responsible for any merchandise damaged due to poor packaging on the customers end. We highly recommend insuring your return package. If you choose not to insure the package, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
